The meaning of Jin is “true” in Korean. The inspiration for the JINBAR comes from Jinhee’s childhood memories of her dad coming home with fried chicken and ice cream every payday, which is monthly in Korea. For Jinhee, fried chicken and pizza are the ultimate comfort food, and JINBAR is her way of bringing the same comfort and happiness to Calgary’s people! The Décor is minimalistic added into their 105-year-old heritage building. The open kitchen and pizza bar ensure they are not keeping any secrets. They strive to use true ingredients to create true flavours and provide you with a true experience!
